Brillient is seeking an IT Program Manager for a contingent opportunity based out of our Reston, VA headquarters (contingent upon award from our Government customer).The RPA Developer must have a strong background and/or experience in the UiPath RPA delivery lifecycle, including process evaluation and documentation, UiPath Orchestrator setup and support, development, testing, and production support.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
2. Directing system testing and validation procedures.
3. Directing software programming and documentation development.
4. Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.
5. Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
6. Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
7. Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
8. Designing and developing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences.
9. Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
10. Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.
11. Other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field.

Experience Requirement: Minimum Three (3) years experience as a developer implementing attended and unattended UiPath robotics process automations,

Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance. For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date. You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.

Performance Requirements:

1. UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent customer relationship management skills.
4. Experience and skills in UiPath Document Understanding, Hyperscience, or AI a plus (machine learning, natural language processing, cognitive vision).
5. Experience in process mapping, analysis, optimization and documentation a plus.
6. Project management skills and experience a plus.
7. Knowledge and experience with ISO and CMMI requirements a plus.

Equipment Operated: Computer hardware and software as well as standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Work Environment: Hybrid in-office and remote work. Involves frequent contact with staff and customers.
