```Job Overview:
Internal Communications: Writing, Copy Editing, Posting, and Engagement Monitoring

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Internal Communications, 8 to 10 years overall communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
• Strategic thinking, attention to detail and ability to coordinate and deliver a communication strategy that supports Center goals.
• Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Contractor shall perform the following tasks:

• Write and copyedit audience appropriate content for CDRH’s internal communications platform, CDRH Connect (runs on Axero’s Communifire).
• Write and / or copyedit content about events, short articles, and announcements using established CDRH voice, plain language, AP style and HHS web style adhering to section 508 standards and web communication best practices.
• Post, proofread, and quality check content on CDRH Connect and assist in preparation of weekly email newsletters following established guidelines and procedures.
• Search for and recommend appropriate image options to accompany content.
• Respond to routine requests from CDRH Connect users regarding access issues or questions.

Pay: $64,441.29 - $77,606.71 per year
