Brileys BBQ is Seattles most authentic BBQ restaurant looking for talented line cooks to join our team. We're family owned and take pride in making all our rubs, sauces and smoked meats from scratch.
Compensation:
- $18-$24 to all Line Cooks
- Medical & Dental employer PAID
- Employee discount on food and merchandise
Job Responsibilities:
- Cook and prep your station. Maintaining cleanliness
- Cook with all different meats and vegetables
- Cook with Fryers, Range and Smoker
- Prepping daily items for service. Organizing walk in and kitchen
Job Qualifications:
- 1 year of commercial kitchen experience as a line cook
- Knife skills and knowledge of cooking etiquette
- Familiar with meat cutting , frying , saute cooking
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
