The National Portfolio Coordinator – Service Delivery has a large part to play in advancing our mission, by oversee day to day Service Delivery for the division.

• Support, adhere to, and enforce company policies
• Oversee internal and external systems to review subcontractors’ performance
• Identify and make recommendation to operations regarding subcontractors not in compliance with Brilar processes
• Act as a liaison between subcontractors and field personnel
• If needed, work with the field team to begin process to dispatch back-up service or source new vendors
• Update and maintain both internal and external systems
• Follow through on service issues that need improvement with a scheduled time of completion
• Analyze site service priority and offer direction to subcontractors based on business needs
• Always represent the company and brand in a positive manner
• Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry
