Crew Leaders are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience, and where management and leadership skills are developed for future advancement.

• Lead a crew performing various services on clients’ properties
• Manage and oversee crew’s safety, efficiency, and quality
• Keep crew’s vehicle and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Train and help develop crew members
• Record time and material usage on mobile device
• Safely and efficiently operate landscape maintenance, as well as snow and ice management tools and equipment.
• Enhance curb appeal and beautify outdoor spaces.
• Provide 24/7 critical snow and ice management services.
