We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies [accross Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube] and email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices, buying and optimization, as well as experience developing email marketing funnels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Develop, execute and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute content for campaigns.
- Craft and execute Brightwild’s market positioning and brand awareness strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.
