Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults.
Location: Applicants must hold a valid license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the State of Oregon and reside in the State of Oregon.

Competitive Compensation Our Behavioral Health Therapists average $116,467 a year, working 4 days a week. Our top 5 therapists average $135,759 , working 4 days a week.

Internet Reimbursement- We offer a monthly reimbursement of up to $80 for internet expenses to ensure you have reliable connectivity while working remotely.
Health Insurance- 3 medical plan options with employer contribution (for employee and dependents) towards medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance. Including acupuncture, chiropractic, and orthodontia coverage through Pacific Source (available the 1^st of the month following employment).
