Join our growing team as the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), where you'll lead our exceptional multi-unit teams in delivering best-in-class patient care to the addiction community. We are seeking an individual that can lead with passion, ensuring quality care, fostering teammate development, boosting revenue, ensuring compliance, spearheading impactful community outreach, and achieving outstanding business results. You will serve as the driving force behind operational and financial excellence in your designated region, you'll craft innovative strategies for both new and existing clinics in partnership with senior leadership to implement company-wide programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with our overarching objectives and goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • REGIONAL OPERATIONS OVERSITE:
    • Ensure peak performance, efficiency, and quality in regional company operations, emphasizing quality care, exemplary customer service, and fiscally responsible resource management.
    • Drive alignment to key initiatives throughout the region by maintaining ongoing communication on-site/system/regional performance.
  • LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT:
    • Effectively lead and manage a multi-unit distributed workforce, fostering scalable performance and championing change across the region.
    • Develop and coach regional teams to instill accountability for exceptional patient experience and site-level performance in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
    • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to implement coordinated and cohesive workflow and projects aimed at maximizing the patient and teammate experience.
    • Assist in the development of processes and procedures, compliance strategies, and patient care and satisfaction analysis.
  • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS:
    • Ensure all clinics within the assigned region adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements and regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
    • Oversees employee learning and development needs.


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated success in driving initiatives that yield strong results
  • Outstanding record of leadership and management success
  • Travel up to 75% and regular on-site presence expected
  • Preferred prior experience in an outpatient setting with multi-site responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly empathetic and compassionate to effectively support the recovery journey of BrightView’s patients
  • Natural problem solver, looks for solutions to best meet patient needs with a sense of urgency
  • Adaptable and agile within a dynamic work environment
  • Technologically capable, comfortable operating in multiple systems for communication and documentation purposes. Familiarity with MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc) preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EXPERIENCE
    • Required: 2 years of multi-site management experience
    • Preferred: 5 years of industry experience

  • EDUCATION:
    • Required: Bachelor degree or combination of equivalent education/work experience
