Brightview Preparatory Academy, is a K-5 campus seeking elementary school teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. We are seeking teachers who will lead and work to create a warm and welcoming school culture that is driven by student achievement and is committed to high expectations and high support for students. Teachers are expected to engage students with both hands-on instruction and challenging lessons based upon standards. Teachers must be certified by the FLDOE or eligible for certification.

Job Responsibilities:

Applicants must have a valid Florida Teaching Certificate, or Statement of Eligibility in Elementary Education, ESOL, Reading or ESE.

Responsibilities include: create lesson plans and work with an entire class, individual students or in small groups, use data to track student progress, create tests, create and implement classroom rules, work with school administration to prepare students for standardized tests, and be available to meet with parents and co-workers before/after school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
