RESPONSIBILITIES:

· BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LEADERSHIP:

o Provide direct patient care alongside supervision for behavioral health staff.

o Offer expertise on best practices and guidelines.

o Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services.

· PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

o Ensure teams meet performance measures in compliance.

o Prioritize the patient experience while maintaining compliance.

· TRAINING AND ONBOARDING:

o Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.

o Implement policies, workflows, and trainings.

· COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION:

o Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services.

o Partner with Operations Director for proper care.

o Provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

· COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

o Adhere to and manage compliance for supervision activities.

o Embrace and promote a culture of compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· EXPERIENCE

o Required

§ 5 years’ experience in a related field.

o Preferred

§ 1 years’ experience as a Therapist at BrightView, or relevant experience.

§ Prior supervision experience.

· EDUCATION

o Required

§ Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum a Master’s Degree

o Preferred

§ Master’s Degree

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

· REQUIRED

o Active licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation, e.g. LISW-S, LICDC-CS, LPCC-S, LMFT-S in Ohio
