Responsibilities1. Utilize our cutting-edge lead generation system to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective sales and customer service strategies.
3. Meet or exceed established sales targets by leveraging prospecting techniques and implementing traditional sales methods.
4. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to effectively position insurance products and services.
5. Provide consultative services to clients, educating them on insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and present insurance solutions.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
4. In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty coverage.
5. Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License.
