Brightstone Therapy is Hiring a Georgia Regional Director of Operations/ Clinical Director- ABA Services Near Athens, GA

Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Clinical Director/Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee the clinical and operational aspects of our ABA services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality ABA therapy and ensuring the seamless integration of these services into our partner childcare centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of effective ABA therapy services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of ABA treatment plans and interventions.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and behavior technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant ABA regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and manage the operational aspects of integrating ABA services with childcare programs.
  • Foster close collaboration with our partner center managers and staff to optimize daily operations.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with parents, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the expansion of ABA services within the region in partnership with childcare centers.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ABA services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and drive operational success.
  • Knowledge of local and state regulations related to ABA services.
