The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and is proactive regarding pediatric patient care. We are looking for someone who has experience providing skilled nursing in a homecare setting and is able to remain patient and calm in stressful/difficult situations. Training is provided by the Clinical Supervisor handling the case.

Schedule: Monday to Friday and/or Weekends!

Skills:

• Proven experience handling G-Tube and Trach Care
• Home Health Experience is a plus.
• Pediatric Nursing Experience Required
• Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
