Responsibilities

• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: Assist with personal cares(bathing, dressing, transferring), companion care(take walks, play games, etc.), Medication reminder, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

Requirements

• Licensed driver
• Over 18 years of age
• Willing to learn Clients Bowl and Bladder Program
• Willing to learn on how to use a Hoyer lift
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hoyer lift: 1 year (Required)
