Your (CHHA) Daily Duties!
- Companionship & Conversation
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Ambulation & Transfers
- Meal Prep / Med Reminders
- Walk, Stand, Lift & Carry up to 45lbs. for extended periods of time
- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
