Brightstar Kids Services is an agency that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. We provide services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Disorder, Conduct Disorder, etc.

We provide in-home, school/daycare-based Behavior Therapy covering the following counties: Orange, Osceola, Polk, Lake, and Seminole counties.

Our agency is currently looking for an office clerk/receptionist who can provide excellent customer service. The position comes with a high degree of organization, customer service, flexibility, and self-management skills. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about helping kids, to join our growing team and grow with us!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients and therapists.

Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.

Greet persons entering the agency.

Explain processes and answer questions

Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed

Providing administrative and clerical support

Managing digital and hard-copy filing systems

Maintain virtual documents and make updates as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
