You will be serving our Loudoun County territory and based out of our Ashburn, VA office.

The FT Nurse is responsible for the following:

• Providing health promotion, counseling and education,
• Start of Care Assessments, Reassessments,
• Ensuring that care is delivered appropriately, and the standards of quality are adhered to,
• Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals
• Completing annual skills assessments and competencies for LPNs and CNAs/Caregivers,
• Completing weekly skills assessments and competencies for new hires (CNAs/Caregivers) at orientation,
• Training and supervising healthcare personnel like LPNs, CNAs, and Caregivers.

Requirements:

• Covid Vaccine Required
• Successful completion of a Registered Nurse program
• Active CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Current Virginia State Registered Nurse License in good standing
• At least two years of clinical experience
• Strong patient education skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
