Job Summary:
The Flexible CNA Field/Office at BrightStar Care in Knoxville, Tennessee is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field. This position has a flexible schedule - no guaranteed number of hours per week, with a mix of field and office responsibilities. As a CNA at BrightStar Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families by providing exceptional care and support.

Will be required to start each day in the office at 9:00am, unless otherwise instructed.
Responsibilities for the Field:
- Provide hands-on care and support to patients in their homes or in a facility setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor and record patient's vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with medication reminders and administration under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and report any concerns or issues to the appropriate parties
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
- Participate in in-service training programs and continuing education courses to maintain and enhance skills
