PROVIDING UNPARALLELED CARE AS A RAPID RESPONDER CNA :

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK :

• 3 years of caregiving experience
• CNA certification
• CPR certification
• Proficiency with all aspects of personal care and ADL assistance
• Proficiency with equipment such as lifts, gait belts, sliding boards, etc.
• Ability to provide care to clients with all types of conditions, including Memory Care and Hospice support as well as working in homes with pets and client smoking habits
• Ability to adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
• Strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English and communicating effectively

Having a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required!

THE UNIQUE SCHEDULE THAT AWAITS :

Beyond the typical caregiving role, our Rapid Responder CNAs operate without a steady client, being dispatched where the need arises during on-call hours.

This flexibility offers varied experiences and opportunities for professional growth.

You have a guaranteed 40-hour workweek, working five days a week with alternating weekends. Your schedule consists of rapid responses between 7 AM and 7 PM and taking care of other standard duties between 8 : 30 AM and 5 PM.
