Are you a School Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who enjoys working with children? We are seeking a dedicated LVN to join our team here at BrightStar Care!

• High volume LVN Staffing Manager of School RNs and School LVNs
• Proactive and efficient communicator that enjoys meeting people

Job Description/Responsibilities for LVN Staffing Manager:

• Coordinate requirements for recruiting with hiring managers
• Write/develop and post jobs via job boards, social media and other marketing locations
• Attend career fairs
• Mine job boards and social media sites for potential applicants
• Schedule interviews with appropriate team members
• Conduct professional reference checks
• Run criminal, sex offender, and driving background checks
• Complete new hire reference checks
• Complete all on-boarding paperwork as required
• Perform drug screens
• Coordinate LiveScan, TB testing and pre-employment physicals

Requirements for LVN Staffing Manager:

• Minimum 1 year LVN Staffing Manager
• Motivated, self-starter
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring skills
• Customer service excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
