Qualified candidates -

• You have a current unencumbered Nursing license.
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint card (Required)
• You have a reliable transportation with auto insurance and driving license.
• Negative drug screen and tuberculosis (TB) test within the last 12 months.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Applicants should have 1 year of relevant experience for the position they are applying for, Community/Home Health is preferred.
