BrightStar Care of Lynchburg is Hiring a Care Coordinator Near Lynchburg, VA

BrightStar Care of Lynchburg is hiring for an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator! Come joining our growing company! The ideal candidate will hold at minimum an Associate Degree and/or CNA license with at least (1) year of home health experience and (2) years previous care coordination/healthcare staffing experience.

*This is a full-time Monday-Friday in-office position, w/ remote on-call rotation*

Job Description: Manage client staffing process, including;

  • Scheduling new and existing clients
  • Ensuring employee and client satisfaction
  • Introducing clients to new caregivers
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Assist with new hire orientation as needed
  • Answering phones and other duties as assigned
  • Taking “On Call” phones/after-hours rotation

Qualifications:

  • BS/Associates degree/CNA License preferred
  • (1 ) year of home care experience preferred
  • (2) years previous care coordination/healthcare staffing experience
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Superior customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
