BrightStar Care of Huntington Beach is looking for compassionate LVNs to join our team! We staff hospice shifts within North Orange County and Long Beach within the comfort of the clients’ home. We offer shift flexibility: Weekdays, Weekends, and evenings. Hospice training is available! Responsibilities:

• Observe for changes in patient's condition, and notify and document accordingly.
• Administer Medication, monitoring vitals, pain management and wound care as needed.
• Be consistent, timely to all shifts, and never have a “no-show”
• Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure client’s rights are adhered to with high levels of professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality with staff/clients

Requirements:

• Current and Unrestricted CA LVN License
• Demonstrate Strong Clinical Skills, Minimum One Year Paid Experience REQUIRED
• Background Check/Drug Screen
• Current CPR Certification
• Employment Physical/Negative TB Skin Test
• Licensed Driver with Insured and Reliable Transportation
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Professional References

Pay: $34.50 - $36.00 per hour
