RN Responsibilities

• Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes

Registered Nurse Job Requirements:

• Wound Care Experience - Preferred
• Home Health Experience - Preferred
• Home Health Admission Experience - Preferred
• Infusion Experience - Preferred
• Current unrestricted Texas RN License
• Current BLS certification
• Current Driver’s License
• Auto insurance
• MUST be able to lift 50 lbs
• At least 1 year exp

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
