Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our BrightStar Care team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales for both HealthCare Staffing , Private Duty, and Skilled Care.

2. Meet or exceed established sales targets.

3. Develop Marketing Plan for new territory.

4. Join and attend area networking and chamber groups.

5. Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.

6. Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.

7. Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review

8.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving.

2. Present well to clients and peers.

3. Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting, or willing to learn.

4. Comfortable with closing/asking for business.

5. Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community.

6. Excellent written and oral skills.

7. Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement.

8. Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance.

9. Punctual and manages commitment as promised

10. Experience with outside sales or technical sales is a plus

Pay: $52,335.00 - $66,598.00 per year
