Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our home health care agency.
Duties:
- Team collaborates with office staff to ensure daily activities for recruiting, staffing, and referrals.
- Schedule appointments and manage the client scheduling by planning with DON.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients/patients
- Maintain client/patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Liaison between patients, staff, and office employees
- In charge of hiring, recruiting and onboarding all new staff
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or home health agency setting required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset
-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
