Brightstar care is looking to staff a Teen student in the Concord area with two LPN's ASAP. This agreement will finish out the school year and then this special 1:1 assignment has hours 830a-12p Monday to Thursday from 7/ 1 to 7/25. The regular schedule for September with be Monday to Friday 730am-4pm. Care needs include Seizure monitoring, assistance with ADL's, medication administration, feeding/swallowing supervision and other duties related to the care plan within the LPN's scope of practice. This agreement ends in June of 2025 but other opportunities will be available. We ensure our LPN's have the skills they need to be successful in caring for our clients through competency demonstration in our on-site simulation lab. We also offer client-specific skill enhancement opportunities in the home when indicated. Necessary personal protective equipment is provided so that you can feel confident and safe when you care for your clients.

Requirements:

● Current, valid state NH LPN license in good standing

● Ability to obtain BLS CPR certification. (in house classes are offered at a reduced rate)

● Recent wellness exam and negative TB skin test (provided if needed)

● Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background screening and drug test.

● Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.

● Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
