As an entry level Home Health Marketer, you are responsible for identifying and/or calling on referral sources, current or potential, to market the company's home health care services in skilled nursing/private duty nursing and therapies in the Laredo area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, case workers, DME/Infusions companies
• Prepare presentations of the company's various home care services to present to referral sources
• Educate referral sources on the components of home health care services and explain the interrelation of these services
• Continual evaluation of the company’s marketing strategies to advise management on effective strategies and suggest changes
• Prescreen patients referred by physicians, hospitals, and case workers for home health needs, eligibility, and status
• Serve as a liaison between hospital discharge planners by visiting patients to ensure a smooth transition to the patient’s home

This is a full-time with benefits position with base pay and incentive plan.
