Responsibilities:
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage the revenue cycle by processing invoices, payments, credit memos and collections
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to resolve billing issues
- Utilize telemarketing skills to follow up on outstanding invoices and secure timely payments
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills for accurate account analysis and reconciliation
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred
- Proficient in using accounting software (Microsoft Business Central) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc...)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer service interactions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, High volume environment
