Brightside Windows, Inc is Hiring an Entry Level Sales Near Englewood, CO

BRIGHTSIDE WINDOWS is seeking currently employed professionals that are highly-motivated and hungry for success to join our growing team in Englewood, Colorado. This is an entry level sales position. No experience necessary. YOUR OWN CAR AND A SMARTPHONE ARE REQUIRED. If you've ever thought you'd be good at sales or knew someone who made a lot of money doing sales, this is for you! You will start in our entry level appointment setter position setting appointments for the sale of BRIGHTSIDE products, and will quickly work to be promoted to an appointment closer position where you'll close sales doing in-home sales presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Create leads and set appointments for the sale of Brightside's products and services
  • Represent BRIGHTSIDE professionally by increasing awareness and becoming an expert on window replacement
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous education opportunities to hone your craft and build skills
  • All appointment setter and appointment closer positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from setting appointments to closing sales through our in-home sales process
  • Provide excellent customer service by working with customers proactively

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and self-motivated
  • Capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
  • Must be available Saturdays 9am-5pm (longer break in middle of day) and 4 week days 9am-5pm (longer break in middle of day)
  • Applicants must be 18 years old or older
  • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE CAR AND A SMARTPHONE (IOS preferred)

Previous experience in the following will help move your name up on the list:

  • Home security sales
  • Residential solar sales
  • Satellite TV sales
  • Pest Control sales
  • Real Estate Sales
  • Home Automation/Smart Home Sales
  • Direct sales
  • Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience

Pay & Hours:

  • Pay is strictly commission based
  • Weekly pay
  • Earn $5,000 to $10,000 per month as an appointment setter
  • Earn $10,000 to $40,000 per month as an appointment closer
  • Sales Bonuses Paid Monthly (the more you sell the more you earn)
