As an essential member of the Brightline Station Operations team you are an integral part of our guests’ journey. As the Retail Attendant you will assist our guests in finding the right gift, souvenir to capture their memory, or supplies to make your ride even brighter. Your Role:

·Customer Service: Provide attentive and detailed service to all guests; use suggestive selling techniques when referring to menu options and retail offerings, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations.

·Merchandising: Responsible for maintaining and managing how merchandise in our market is displayed to drive both revenue and guest experience.

·Loss Prevention: Be aware of guests behaviors and raise alarm to the security team in the event of suspicious activity.

You:

• You are a natural people person, comfortable with retail sales and upselling.
• Staying positive for hours on end (including in stressful times) you adapt your communication style to fit a diverse group of people.
• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and being on your feet for hours on end, is something you are able to do.
• While you don’t have to be a mathematician, you possess math basic skills.
• You are a minimum of 18 years old.
• You are able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
