BrightHome Real Estate Group is Hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator - Office Administrator Near Salem, OR

BrightHome Real Estate Group is a progressive and fun Real Estate Team! We're an established but always growing group seeking to add an Administrative Rockstar to our team! The role of Transaction Coordinator (TC) is vital to our growth and success and an extension of our leadership team. We are seeking an energetic and reliable, team player with a passion for the real estate industry and supporting our team of superstar agents. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient,and able to multi-task and have at least two years of TC, broker assistant, lender assistant, title and escrow, or related experience, however experience is not required, will train the right candidate. We are a positive and hardworking group and seek a candidate that will arrive at the office everyday with a smile and "can do" attitude for both clients and team.

Primary Job Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the life of the transaction to clients and agents from contract to close.

- Effective communication with clients, agents and cooperative parties to a transaction.

- Continually asking questions and seeking to improve knowledge base and expertise.

- Ability to learn "Dotloop" transaction management software as well as frequently used Oregon Real Estate Agency forms.

- Work closely with Principal Broker to ensure document compliance with company standards.

- Work toward gaining RE license to broaden overall capabilities (if not already licensed).

- Support social media and other marketing efforts such as open house flyer production.

- Maintain on-hand inventory of buyer and seller presentation print material.

- Participate in weekly team meeting and provide feedback and opportunities for improvement relating to transaction efficiency.

- Vendor management to include scheduling inspections, appraisals, photography and ordering business cards and signs.

- Manage closing gift inventory to ensure our agents always have a beautiful gift in hand to present to our valued clients at the closing table.

- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Publisher capable.

- Support video production of new listings (must have valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation).

- Track sign and key box inventory.
