Overview
Brighter Strides ABA is a therapy group that that provides individualized In Home ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our highly experienced BCBAs and therapists work closely with each child and family in order to design a comprehensive treatment program.
At Brighter Strides we believe that a strong work life balance will benefit therapist-client relationship and assure high quality care.
We are currently seeking BCBAs/LBA to join our team who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD.
Responsibilities
Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments
Supervise in-progress ABA services
Prepare, supervise, organize and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client’s IEP/IFSP
Administer the program
Train/coach Behavior Technicians
Provide supervision to all assigned Behavior Technicians/RBTs
Provide direct services to the clients and their families, when necessary
Daily data recording and reports on client status
Asses client progress through collected data
Issue annual reports regarding program effectiveness
Maintain healthy work life balance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
