Brighter Pools is Hiring a Pool Technician Near Tampa, FL

The Pool Service Technician is expected to maintain and clean residential swimming pools including balancing/testing chemicals, brushing and vacuuming, pool filter cleaning, cleaning of skimmer and pump baskets and making sure that all equipment is in working order. Pool repair experience is a major plus! Trucks, uniforms, and necessary training are provided. Candidates will be expected to have a clean driving record and will be expected to be prompt, professional and courteous. Must able to endure the outdoor conditions of Florida heat and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • Practical working knowledge of pool cleaning, equipment, and water chemistry preferred but not required.
  • Experience with installation and repair of pool equipment, plumbing and automation systems preferred but not required.
  • Maintain high standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Must be dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving habits.
  • Partner with management to ensure all company guidelines, policies, and procedures are met and exceeded.
