Position Summary:
The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving new client admissions by (1) In-person visits with referral sources (2) Creating and strengthening community partnerships/relationships (3) Providing education on services and feedback about client outcomes (4) Completing initial assessments for admission (5) Successfully managing communication between referral sources and home office.
