Bright Vision Technologies is Hiring a Contract specialist Near Westminster, CO

Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for Contracts Specialist at Westminster, CO. with Government and Commercial contracts experience.

Candidate must have permanent work authorization and work for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Third party candidates are not eligible for this role.

Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required. Required Skills and Experience : Related BS and 10 years of related experience.

Government and Commercial contracts experience. Strong knowledge of the FAR and DFARS. Responsibilities : BS / BA in a related field plus 10 or more years related experience.

Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

Government and Commercial (domestic and international desirable) contracts experience. A strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), with a particular emphasis on intellectual property, government property, formation of proposals, and negotiations.

Experienced with cost reimbursable, award fee and incentive fee contracts. Experience with Firm Fixed Price contracts. Strong communications skills, computer fluency, agile and effective negotiation skills with clear oral and written explanations.

Ability to work a variety of complex issues at one time. Experience in developing and implementing negotiation strategies.

Ability to be a leader with strong conflict resolution skills in a changing environment. Please check my availability https : / / calendly.
