Behavior Technician
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct preference assessments and reinforcement procedures
- Assist with daily living skills, social skills, and communication training

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
