Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Director to join our team. As the Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Your leadership skills, educational background, and strategic planning abilities will be essential in providing a high-quality early childhood education experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the preschool program, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and facility management
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement educational policies and procedures in compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements
- Conduct regular evaluations of teachers' performance and provide constructive feedback for professional growth
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions
- Oversee enrollment processes, including admissions, registration, and student records management
- Develop and manage the preschool budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance the overall quality of the preschool program
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education administration

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
