Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health Care

Location: Tyler/East Texas

Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments as outlined by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Instruct and guide patients in exercises effectively.
  • Exhibit compassion and empathy, catering to individual patient needs.
  • Recommend treatment modifications ensuring patient safety and progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest research in physical therapy.
  • Ensure timely documentation using an outpatient style, non-OASIS basic SOAP style note.
  • Work the hours you want – build your own schedule

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Knowledge of best practices in physical therapy.
  • Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and interventions.
  • Strong communication and instructional skills.
  • Licensed or certified to practice in Texas.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
