Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy treatments as outlined by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Instruct and guide patients in exercises effectively.
- Exhibit compassion and empathy, catering to individual patient needs.
- Recommend treatment modifications ensuring patient safety and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research in physical therapy.
- Ensure timely documentation using an outpatient style, non-OASIS basic SOAP style note.
- Work the hours you want – build your own schedule
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Knowledge of best practices in physical therapy.
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and interventions.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.
- Licensed or certified to practice in Texas.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
