Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. This is a full-time position in a private school setting.

Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in areas such as math, literacy, and physical education
- Provide a structured classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and social interaction among students
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching curriculum
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus
