Dental Patient Care Coordinator
Bright Smiles Dentistry is looking for a Dental Patient Care Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in Dental Insurance Billing. Ideal candidate must have experience with Dentrix/DEXIS dental software program. Must be friendly, efficient and reliable. Must be familiar w/ Dental terminology, Dental Insurance protocol, Dental Patient Billing; and have the ability to multi-task & must be team player. No MEDICAL applicants please. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

· Answering the phone (this may include learning a script, fielding insurance questions, and scheduling new patients)

· Gathering patient information; completing appropriate forms

· Entering patient/insurance information to the computer

· Making recall appointments

· Making appointments for the doctor

· Calling patients with outstanding treatment to schedule them for re-evaluations with the doctor

· Working with daily scheduling targets and how to achieve them
