Role Overview :

As an Acquisitions Specialist at Bright Side Homes, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth trajectory. You'll be tasked with identifying and securing real estate investment opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.

With a focus on continuous improvement and personal development, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to reshaping our community through innovative sales strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Respond to and close all leads promptly.
  • Manage prospects pipeline efficiently.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Handle phone calls generated by lead system promptly.
  • Act as primary contact for sellers.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments, negotiating win / win solutions.
  • Overcome objections and build rapport with sellers.
  • Demonstrate drive for financial success.
  • Utilize CRM daily for task management until deals are closed.
  • Communicate efficiently with all parties involved.
  • Close contracts promptly.
  • Willingly learn industry specifics and contribute to marketplace growth.
  • Attend required business meetings and trainings.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential real estate investment opportunities using various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, outbound calls, inbound calls, direct mail efforts, and networking.
  • Analyze market data and financial metrics to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential acquisitions.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Manage due diligence processes, including inspections and title searches.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective property selling strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders to support acquisition efforts.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting acquisitions.

Position Requirements and Skills :

  • Business and / or sales experience required with proven track record.
  • Must be ambitious and proactive.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Strong phone skills for setting and closing appointments.
  • Familiarity with real estate-specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies preferred.
  • Thrive in a tight-knit company where activities directly affect bottom line.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and / or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written, grammar, & verbal communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.
