Bright Planet Solar, Inc. is looking to find a motivated, talented Crew Lead to join our team! We are looking for a team member who is comfortable working on roofs, someone who has basic carpentry skills, has good communication skills and is available to work overtime when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installations of solar PV systems, quality control of solar installations
• Recruiting and training installation team members
• Maintain and promoting strong moral amongst the installation team
• Providing ongoing feedback and support pertaining to ways in which the installation teams may be improved upon, and other duties as assigned.
