Job Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Certification as a BCBA or equivalent graduate-level certification in behavior analysis accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS): Possess a license as a Behavior Specialist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience: Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a behavior supervisor, specializing in designing ABA programs for children with autism. This should include providing training to parents and instructors on effective intervention implementation.
  • BACB Approved Supervisor: Become or be willing to become a BACB approved supervisor.
  • Central Reach EMR: Familiarity with Central Reach is a major plus!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive clinical supervision for BCs, MTs, and BHT/RBT staff, ensuring strict adherence to evidence-based practices, IBHS regulations, and the highest standards of quality and administrative policies.
  • Thoughtfully assign skilled staff to cases, ensuring appropriateness and proactively taking corrective action when needed to guarantee optimal service delivery.
  • Conduct regular, impactful group and individual clinical supervision sessions both in the office and in the field, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
  • Perform thorough quarterly reviews of clinical records, focusing on both quality and compliance to uphold the highest standards.
  • Ensure a roster of well-qualified staff for effective administrative oversight, clinical supervision, and meeting monitoring requirements.
  • Maintain a robust team to ensure compliance with authorized service hours, offering treatment in the community when faced with staff shortages.
  • Thoughtfully review and monitor the submission of assessments, treatment plans, and progress monitor reviews, maintaining a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate proactively and address concerns raised by parents, schools, CBH, and agency/administration, demonstrating a commitment to effective problem-solving.
  • Diligently track and monitor the status of cases, ensuring current authorizations and effective communication with staff regarding authorization statuses.
  • Vigilantly ensure that all cases are consistently monitored for billable service status, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in service provision.
  • Facilitate team meetings to address crisis intervention, promoting a collaborative approach to resolving challenges.
  • Implement standardized assessment and supervision tools aligned with CBH standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to service delivery.
  • Thoughtfully develop and monitor staff training plans to guarantee alignment with CBH compliance requirements, promoting ongoing professional growth.
  • Take a leadership role in guiding BHT staff through RBT training within a timeframe of 6 months from their hire date, fostering skill development and compliance.
  • Maintain unwavering commitment to compliance with all BMCI policies and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
