Bright Leaves Learning Center is Hiring an EEC Certified Teacher Near Springfield, MA

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EEC Certified Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and fostering their love for learning. This is a paid position that offers the opportunity for professional growth and development.

Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and social studies
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Provide individualized support to students with special education needs
- Offer tutoring and additional assistance to students who require extra help
- Develop age-appropriate activities and materials to enhance learning experiences

Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized and productive learning environment
- Experience working with students of various ages, from toddlers to children in daycare settings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in math, language arts, science, social studies, or other relevant subjects
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum materials that align with educational standards
