EMPOWER STAFFING HEALTHCARE is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN for a full-time home care position in Bronx, NY. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with union benefits. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Provide wound care and management
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of New York
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records system
