Imagine it all as an Associate Child Care Teacher at Bright Horizons at our Mashantucket Pequot Child Development Center.

Positions now available with in our School Program- Associate Teacher positions will be full time in the summer months and part time / per diem throughout the remainder of the year

Competitive pay ranges from $15.69 to $17.40 per hour (determined by education and experience)

Native American preference is provided to any applicant who is an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe.

Working with another Child Care Teacher in the classroom, you will :

Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children

Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day

Requirements :

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements :

At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

Demonstrated experience working with children, childcare, daycare, or preschool preferred

Previous job titles may include Assistant Teacher, Assistant Child Care Teacher, Assistant Daycare Teacher, or Assistant Preschool Teacher

Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

Compensation Range : $15.69 - $17.40 / per hour
