Compensation: $70,400. - $88,000. annual salary, based on education and experience.

As a Center Director, you will:

  • Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to build and maintain an inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.

  • Proactively communicate with families, clients, staff, and licensing to provide exemplary customer service.

  • Conduct the daily responsibilities of operating the center, including guiding the center team and providing feedback to help each employee grow.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, including or in addition to 12 credits in Early

    Childhood, Child Development or a related field; one year of full-time teaching experience in a child care center, family or group family day care home or other early childhood program; and one year of experience supervising staff in a child care program or a related field of work. OR

  • New York State Children's Program Administrator Credential; one

    year of full-time teaching experience in a child care center, family or group family day care home or other early childhood program; and one year of experience supervising staff in a child care program or a related field of work. OR

  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood or related field, with a plan

    of study leading to a Bachelor's degree or a New York State Children's Program Administrator Credential; two years of full-time teaching experience in a child care center, family or group family day care home or other early childhood program; and two years of experience supervising staff in a child care program or a related field of work. OR

  • Child Development Associate Credential or other Office-recognized

    credential, with a plan of study leading to a Bachelor's degree or a New York State Children's Program Administrator Credential; two years of full [1 ]time teaching experience in a child care center, family or group family day care home or other early childhood program; and two years of experience supervising staff in a child care program or a related field of work.

  • At least three years of center supervisory experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

  • At least three years of professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children required

Compensation Range: $70,400. - $88,000. annual salary
