Bright Hopes Community Childcare in Barberton, OH is looking for one Assistant Director to join our 5 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in overseeing day to day operations
• Assist Teachers in the classroom
• Work Directly with Staff and Families
• Must be available early mornings and evenings

Qualifications

• CDA or Early Childhood Education Degree
• Cpl level 3 or higher
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 or more years of experience in Director role
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass a Background check
• Must pass drug test
