**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team and create a nurturing environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of preschool-aged children.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschoolers
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery
- Incorporate physical education, literacy education, and other subjects into daily activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's educational journey
- Participate in curriculum development and program planning to enhance the educational experience
- Provide early intervention support for children with special needs or learning challenges
**Qualifications:**
- Early Childhood Education or related field 45 Hours. (If you dont have this we can help you get it once hired)
- Preferred Previous experience working with preschool-aged children but NOT required.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred) 45 HRS
- Experience in tutoring or working with diverse student populations (nice-to-have)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.09 per hour
